Aluminum composite material panels are composed of a thermoplastic core of low density polyethylene, bonded to two sheets of aluminum using a bonding process involving chemical adhesives and high temperature. The painted surface of the aluminum sheet is coated with a wax-free, high performance polyester coating. Essentially it’s a board with 2 coated aluminium sheets applied to both sides of a durable plastic.

MDO – Medium Density Overlay, Signboard. MDO, also known as Signboard, is an exterior-grade plywood with a high-quality fiber surface saturated with phenolic resin solids. The plywood below the fiber face is smooth, clear and free of patches, providing a smooth surface with minimal grain showing through. Primer is added to the exterior surfaces to extend the life of the plywood. You can expect the board to last 2-5 years depending on install location.

Signface Signicade Deluxe Plastic A-Frame
Signicade is the most cost effective way to advertise events, promotions, help wanted, sale items and brand development. A double sided A-Frame sandwich board frame with solid plastic surface with unique quick change feature holds sign inserts made of Coroplast, or any other material 3/16" or less (Sold separately). Stay Tabs ensure sign inserts stay securely in place and make it quick and easy to change sign inserts with out altering the A-Frame or sign board.

Signface Signicade Plastic A-Frame
This all plastic sign frame holds two sign inserts (Sold Separately) or can receive vinyl sheeting, metal, corrugated plastic sheets, or acrylic sign blanks (with Surface Preparation). Substrates need to be bolted onto A-Frame surface. The frame can be internally weighted with dry sand (5 lbs. per side recommended)

Metal A-Frame
These metal top loading A frames are black coated metal, that can be used both indoors and outdoors. They are very easy to use and maintain, simply insert the graphic panel into the top slot of the sign and set into place. Compatible with rigid materials such as 3mm aluminum composite material (ACM), plywood, aluminum sheets, coroplast and PVC foam, etc.
